Private Cremation
Private cremation provides you with the opportunity to keep your pet’s cremated remains or scatter them.
Our private cremation is only one pet at a time, ensuring that you receive only your pet's ashes back. We return the ashes in either one of our complimentary urns, or give you the choice of purchasing a specialty urn, with the option of custom engraving.
We have many urns to choose from on site brass, ceramic, wood and locally handmade aspen. We also carry jewelry items to hold ashes. We feature several artists that can help memorialize your beloved pet from blown glass with ashes from your pet to paintings and clay paw prints.
*Other crematories may practice partitioned cremation and call it "private cremation" where several pets share the same cremation chamber. Sometimes pets are separated with movable firebricks, but not always. The ashes of pets may combine during the process of partitioned cremation. Peaceful Journeys Pet Cremation does NOT practice partitioned cremation.
